I made a spreadsheet that has (as far as I know) every item in Minecraft sorted under different categories along with some extras if you're going to make a themed Resource Pack.
Say, for example, you're going to make a Mario-themed pack. You can list the Totem of Undying to be replaced with a 1-up Mushroom along with its progress.
The sheet also comes with an automatic counter for how many items have a specific status tag.
It's free to use, just save a copy of it to your Google Account.
Keep in mind that it's only covering everything in 1.16 for now. Let me know if I missed anything.
