I've been looking at the mods section every now and then and all the time i see mods such as modloader, spc, modloadermp, and more.

LOOK you people cant upload mods other people made PERIOD.
whether or not you get permission
If you read the rules it says
"Do not upload Mods you did not create"
Therefore whether or not you got permission which most people who say they do usually dont.
you cannot post it anyway.

I hope this will show some people that posting mods they didn't make is not allowed no matter what.
