Texture pack

Okay. I know that what your thinking is "Rusty' you suck cuz you dont have a texture pack Bleh Bleh Bleh Whine Whine Whine!!!!!" yep. totally. but anyway, i cant handle things like gimp or whatever crap people use for texture packs, becuase i think i have a 2004 windows computer or whatever model. so if you could use the hunger games
me i posted as my skin, and a light, OCD texture pack like feel, it would be EPIC!!!!!! if you know of any browser texture pack creators to, that would ALSO BE EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so please help me
