This is all very simple. All it requires is some time and hard work.
The first and for most is this tutorial does not tell you how to become a supposedly "Moderator" position, but how to earn it.
Anyway, back to "earning" a trust amongst servers, requires only three skills; Loyalty, Personality and the ability to communicate with many of the other players.
Loyalty
Loyalty is how you are loyal to a server. Those that are willing to come on servers everyday and have befriends a large amount of moderators/administrators/owner within the first few minutes are best to show you are loyal to the server. After you have your ground built up it is important that you continue building it. It can show your more loyal then their initial thought was.
Personality
Personality is important when the owner or board of administrators choose moderators and/or administrators. If you behave in a manner that is annoying to administrators and/or moderators, it is recommended that you stop all the action and re-plan your methods to get more trusted by the administrators and/or moderators. For any position higher than an administrator, it is best you start working towards building a long term trust between you and the owner
Communication
Administrators and Moderators are all great people at helping and communicating with people that requires them.
These people are the direct link between the owner and the players. Most problems will result in having the moderators and/or administrators fixing it. Communicating with the administrator/owner and/or moderator can get you to be "recommended" by them. If you communicate long enough, the trust is harder to break unless you ignore the rules set by the server and use power abuse(will talk about it later in the blog) you can get demoted and it is hard to gain trust again.
Recommended things NOT to do
Some Moderators and Administrators have "abuse of power" are those that have been missed placed by the owner.
It is best that you either report it to the owner and let the owner fix the problem or you leave the server and never come back. If you are chosen as a Administrator or Moderator, power abuse can break the trust between the owner and the Moderator/Administrator. This could result in a demotion and the rebuilding phase is much harder.

It is also important to follow the server rules. Ban the people who you "think" broke the rules (only if enough evidence is going against the player), and allow for corrections (if enough evidence proves the player's innocence).

I think i have written everything in the art involving on how to get a higher rank in servers quickly
Hope you find this interesting and informative
