In this blog I will be going over how you should use the "CHAT" or "Chat room". I will also be telling you and showing you some examples. I will also tell you what the "Chat room" is. Let's get started.



What is this? I hear you ask..Well this is the opportunity for you to promote yourself, to become "Known".
These are all possible trust me. The Chat room is a tab at the top of the website, if you look below your 'Sign Out' option there it is. Yes. That little tab maybe it has 32 people in? That's a guess... Well click on it. It's your time to shine, take center stage, show off your new skins, blogs, builds, texture-packs, whatever it is, post it there!
This will get people's attention, only because it gets boring after a while (Obviously not for the mods but it gets boring for me and maybe you.) Now that you've read this much you can't stop! All what I just said well I'll sum it up for the people who don't read the entire blog; You can promote your work. And make friends :D
Unless your Exurbia then you have cats, and who needs friends when you've got cats :3


Yes, I'm sorry Paril but I just called your creation "A Tool" don't worry I don't mean it in a bad way. Trust me.
It's a tool for success. See those Chat Moderators? Well guess how they got that? By being in Chat! And guess what? Look at their subscribers! ZOMG is that Cyprezz? Why yes it is! See you can get the site owner as your subscriber! It also helps get you out there to other PMC'ers. When I am on I go down the list looking at everybody's page, I normally subscribe to them :D Also some of the things people say may inspire you or people you see.


Everything you do on PMC has it's limits, and of course rules. Appropriate rule too. Don't abuse what you have got, by this I mean, If you go on the chat room don't be all like "Spam All The Chat!" or anything like that. But I won't tell you all the rules, you can go have a look for yourself by clicking on CHAT at the top bar of your screen.

Here are 3 simple doe's:
-Do promote your work.
-Do talk to strangers and make friends. (I know this may sound weird, but honestly how many people on PMC do you know in real life.)
-Use CHAT!

3 simple Don't :
-Don't abuse the rules.
-Don't post inappropriate stuff in the chat box. (This is one of the rules, but I think it's important!)
-Don't stay on it for a lifetime spend about 1-3 hours.

Exurbia Is a purrfect example, She got Chat Moderator by posting blogs being on chat ALL the time and posting on the forum. Just so you know this blog isn't how to get Mod, I wouldn't know how to (As I'm not a Mod.) This blog is about getting the little guys or the undertakers on center stage where they can get noticed :D
