Orchid got cau- ya know what.... you can just go read it instead q-p

I saw Jared take the arrow shot for me, and then looked at all the guards running off. I quickly picked up Jared how I usually picked up my animal friends, and ran him to the forest. His Father started chasing me but I looked back at him, shaking my head. I heard him sigh and say "i'm too old for this". I took him to my friend's family, and she just so happened to have a herb family. I asked them for help and they let me take a few herbs if I brought them back. "Thanks!" I said, running off to the lake. I laid Jared down by the lake. I could only heal myself, so, I carefully took the arrow out of his arm and laid it next to me. I had to tear off a piece of my skirt to stop the bleeding, so now I had a rip in my skirt. I washed his wound with the clean and fresh water, then laying the herbs on his arm. I slowly tied the herbs to his wound with the piece of my skirt, also covering his wound up. The herbs seemed content, so I let Jared lie there with my bunny friends. I then got a bucket of water, waiting for Jared to wake up.

I slowly woke up, to a bunch of bunnies in my face. "Ah!" I yelled when I saw the elf girl. I searched for my weapons, but couldn't find them. "What are you doing??" I quickly asked her, but all she did was shush me. "Shh, save your strength." She seemed serious, but I was confused. "Where are my weapons???" I couldn't stop yelling questions at her, and she covered my mouth. "Be quiet, ok? You won't make your wound any better by yelling." Orchid whispered. I widened my eyes like I never knew a wound on me was a thing. I tried to remember a spell that would teleport me home, but I couldn't. I looked all over myself for the "wound". Well, guess what. I found it. I looked at the tear in her skirt, then back at my wound. She took her hand off of my mouth, and sighed. "I can only heal myself, so, this was the best I could get." Orchid looked disappointed at herself and she helped me sit up, and I watched her blink back a few tears. "Hey, what's wrong?" I said, looking down at her. "I failed my Mother..." she said, wiping a tear off her cheek. "How?" I asked, rubbing her shoulder with my unwounded arm to make her feel better. "She told me to never let anybody get hurt.. and if I do.. I.. I.. I fail her.." Orchid bursted into tears after saying that. "Shh, it's ok.." I told her, hugging her gently.

I felt him hug me, but I continued crying. I then felt something on my face, and I looked up. Jared's hand was on my cheek, and I heard him whisper "it's ok". "No, it's not ok.." I told him as he wiped my tears away. "Yes it is, i'm fine.." he told me as if he really did care. "But.." I tried to tell him what happened but he shushed me. "Please, i'm fine.. Now, will you please tell me your name?" He spoke in a soothing voice, so I answered him. "Orchid..." I said, and he smiled. "Orchid.. that's a pretty name." Jared smiled at me again and he told me his name was Jared. "..." I responded to him with silence, and he got me some water in his plastic cup. "So.. you just carry smaller buckets around everywhere?" I was confused so I looked inside my cup of water. "Yeah, pretty much." he told me, blushing a bit. I poured some water on his cheeks, thinking that they were just hot. "Hey, what was that for?" He asked with a smile on his face. "Well your cheeks are red and hot, so, I cooled them down for you." I told him with a confused look on my face. "Uh, well, thanks." he said. After drinking some water I handed him some berries, and he took them. "Are these safe?" he asked as I popped one in my mouth. "Yeah, their just blueberries." I told him, and we ate them all.
