(Note: This is not a rant on PMC, It's a rant on the host "Cloudflare")
Hello Fellow Memebers of PMC! :)
This has been done before, but it has reached the highest point where I have to excel my anger - In a blog. Isn't a blog the best way to relieve anger?
Okay. So ever since planetminecraft was actually founded, every now and then it supposedly crashes. When it does happen, whenever you try to log onto the website, it comes up with a cloudflare Error 522 thing. This has been getting on my nerves entirely, and I just felt the need to post this blog.
Maybe it's not PMC, maybe it's the horrible host
Okay, planetminecraft is a HUGE website, over 1.3 million people with registered accounts. I understand that it is most likely that to host a website with cloudflare, you have to pay for more ram, or data. Im just assuming, please correct me if I'm wrong. If you do have to pay the cloudflare host to host the website, can the owner at least pay more? I mean, a few extra bucks - just to support all 1.3 MILLION of us that all get quite frustrated when they can't connect. Well, at least I do.
It's a nice day and I feel like scanning the blog section, oh but wait - I can't get on to planetminecraft. It's down! So many dedicated users love to come on PMC everyday, but half of there opportunities ruined by this stupid host error.
If it's not the fact that you have to pay to keep your server up, can cloudflare actually do something? Planetminecraft is not the only cloudflare hosted website I have been on. The others I have been on crash themselves, so maybe it isn't planetminecraft.... Maybe the host is terrible.
A short message to cloudflare
Your hosting sucks. You cant even keep a website up for a day. Plus, if I do see any hosting errors, I will be hoping that its down for maintenance, because you might actually be fixing some stuff!
So if you want big websites to use your host, become a proper hosting website, and don't go down every 2 hours.

My Most Rage-worthy experience with this error
Once upon a time (a week or two ago), I was writing my "Why You're Better Off Being A Noob" blog. Then, as I always would, I clicked the save button. But oh no, what came up? ERROR 522. I felt like defenestrating my computer. I had written that whole blog, and not even thought to save it, or copy it. So a day or two later, I wrote it again, saving it as a draft along the way. Then I finally got it!
So from now on, whenever I'm typing a blog, Im going to save it as a draft every now and then, or when I'm done copy and paste the text (preferably into a document)
Its about time we changed hosting
To all PMC staff out there (especially the owner) start searching for a new host, because this stupid cloudflare is ruining the experiences for all of us. About time we found a truly, reliable hosting source. Where PMC can actually stay up for a lot longer.
Conclusion
Cloudflare deserves to go, they are just irritating, crashing every 2 hours, and just ruining it for us all. PMC needs a new, reliable host that won't let down the members.
What hosting does Earth have? I have never seen that planet go down for maintenance before, maybe if we used that hosting we would never go down for maintenance!
So cloudflare, get your act together, or shoo. Im just fed up with the crashing that you cause us.
Also if the owner of PMC could put in a few more dollars it COULD settle the crashing, but not stop it.

I'm just going to say that it was really annoying for me last night since I had to stay up another 20 minutes waiting for the site to come back up so I could update my resource pack - and it was 4 in the morning, I just wanted to get it out and get to sleep! PMC going down so much is pretty annoying for when you just want to get something out.
And I think Cyprezz tries his best to make this website more convenient and accessible, so unless you know how to fix everything, then please don't complain about it.
You should first inform yourself before you rant on something, using false or assumed information as your backup source.
