The Minecraft Hunger Games InformationThe Minecraft Hunger Games is a work in progress by me, currently it is only me working on the server in single player since I can not afford to buy a server at the moment.How the server will work is that there will be 12 districts, just like in the book, I will create the districts how I pictured them while reading the books, not how the movie will show them and not how anyone else pictures them so there may be some things that you will find wrong. Once or twice a week there will be the hunger games, where just like the book two people will be picked from each district (however in this case it is not one male and one female, just two people), the citizens who are not picked will be able to watch the games through some kind of spectator mod.If you wish you may team up with the other person picked from your district, if both of you are last to live you will both be declared victors. The victors from each games will get a special house in the Victors Village of their district or be granted a house in the Capitol, it is up to them.RolesWanderer - These are the people that have been banished from the districts, they are preyed upon and hunted by the capitol for disobeying the rules, they live by themselves out in the wilderness
Citizen - All citizens may be picked to enter the games, no volunteering, they are the people who occupy the districts
Peacekeeper - Peacekeepers will not be entered into the games, they are in charge of keeping everything in place in the districts and capitol
Mayor - The mayor of each district give orders to the peacekeepers and reports directly back to the president or government officials
Government Officials - Directly under the president, they decide what happens in the districts and give orders to the mayors
President - The president is the leader of the whole nation of Panem, he approves what rules the government officials put in place for the districts and over rules everybody elseRules1. All players must obey the rules of the capitol and mayors2. If you are arrested by the peacekeepers you MUST role play, you can't just pull out a sword and kill them3. This is not a regular PvP server, no randomly killing people4. If you are caught leaving the district you may be arrested, so watch out for peacekeepers5. No destroying blocks with your hands, if you want to cut down a tree you need to buy an axe, if you want to clear land on your property you need a shovel6. Only miners are allowed to enter the mines and mine minerals, if you are caught without being a miner you will be arrested and fined7. No digging out mines on your property, this server has to stay someone RP8. Hunting is illegal unless given permission, you will be arrested and fined if caught hunting without permissionThe Capitol1. If you are caught smuggling items to the districts you will be banished from the capitol and fined2. If regular citizens are caught in the capitol without a valid reason they will be arrested3. If you are caught disobeying peacekeepers you will be banished and fined4. Capitol citizens may choose to try and become a government official but you will have to apply and be approved5. Capitol citizens can not mine or cut down trees in the woodsThe Games1. If you are picked for the games and purposely avoid them you will be banned2. You may only chop down trees if you have an axe3. You can only use natural resources to conceal yourself4. You can only craft weapons with natural resources (stone and wood)5. You may choose to take items from the chests in the middle of the arena (cornucopia) which will be very helpful in the Arena but risky to take6. All losers of the games will be fined at the end of the games, will have to live in the worst part of their district7. Victors of the games will win a large amount of money (still deciding on the currency) a house either in the Capitol or Victors Village, and other items, they will also be immune to being picked from future games if they wish8. You may not dig tunnels and holes to hide underground in, you will have to find them throughout the arena, this is so it stays RP9. You can only conceal your hideout in the arena, not block it off10. Currently Looking ForI am looking for a skilled scriptor that could co-own the server with me and knows how to create a mod that involves arenas and such, PM me if you think you could do the job. I also need people who have read the books and could help give me a general design on how everything should be set up.
