The MAR project

Hello there, I am ExtremeAren and I would like bring an idea to the minecraft community. This Idea is very simialar to mods and modpacks, but is isn't. The idea is the MAR idea, or Modified Alternate Route. I am going to answer some questions that may be asked now.

Q: Isn't a MAR sort of like a mod?
A: A MAR is simialar to a mod, one of the differences is that you would not be using minecraft updates. Instead the MAR creator would create his/her own.

Q: What if I want to include and change a mod to fit in my MAR?
A: Check with the mod developer for permission.

Q: How do I create a MAR?
A: IDK! By writing this I am trying to spread the Idea so people might try making one! But one thing I do know is that you will need to know how to code most of the essential programming languages. I think.

Ok, I admit this idea is kind of like mods. it's just only a challenge to create updates and new things in your MAR of minecraft, which will give inspiration to other MAR creators to create a minecraft that you like more or think is better or more interesting than the current minecraft.
