Cause of Call: Power Failure, No available light sources, Outpost run entirely on power

I trudged through the blocks. Seriously, why send me? Another outpost would have been fine. Whatever. This snow is a good enough reason to ignore the complaint. And I needed enough supplies to not be able to bring just a dagger for defense. What if something happened, and everyone is dead? Didn't Derek from Outpost 103 go there? This is annoying. I continued to walk through the snowstorm to Outpost 117.

The outpost was quiet. I opened the door. "Hello. I am Erin. I am Outpost One Hundred and Seventeen's Artificial Intelligence. Please verify face identification," a Female voice greeted me. I took off my hood and mask. "Scanning..Welcome,Thomas. Reason for entrance?" The voice asked. "I'm here to fix the power," I said. "Where is everyone?" Pause. "Scientists and Miners gone missing and/or dead," Erin responded. I felt eerie inside. "Please proceed down the hall to take a right," Erin told me. Lighting a torch, I continued down the hall. Why can't these people just use torches? This is Minecraft after all. Nonetheless, I continued.

There was a lever with a sign. Placing the torch beside it, it read, "POWER SWITCH TO GENERATOR". I flicked the lever. Nothing. Taking off the lever, I peered down. There we go. Red wire cut. Odd. I took out a red wire and replaced it. I put the lever back in place, and flicked it. The vibration between my feet told me the power was on. I flicked on the lights, and walked back to the exit. I tried to open the door. Nothing. Erin was oddly quiet.
"Erin, open the door."
"Request..denied."
"What? Open the door!"
"Request denied."
"OPEN.THE.DOOR!"
"Sorry Thomas. Goodbye."
"Erin, what are you talking about?! What happened to the Scientists?"
"They were used to feed Him. Just like you. Engineer 204."
What? Engineer 204. What the hell? Who is Him?! A door opened behind me. Inside the room were corpses. All of them had Scientist and Miner equipment. Backpacks, Pickaxes, Water Bottles. I stepped over the corpses, and saw that I was in the Panic Room. Two radios were on the ground and a little camcorder thing. I touched a button. Two men were talking, presumably miners. "Jon, I think we're not alone," one voice said. "Same here, let's go," said the other. I touched the other one. A man was talking to both of the voices. "The power's out. And you think we're not alone?" another voice asked. "Yeah, there's something--" Jon's voice screamed and both other voices were yelling and screaming in pain and horror. I picked up the camcorder. A man clad in Miner armor was looking at the screen. He had scratches and blood on his face. His voice was raspy. "I am Jon..Miner 18 of Mining Outpost 117...my lung is cut, so I don't have much time...if you are watching this....I am dead...the outpost is dead...and Herobrine is coming for you. Leave the outpost..and never come..back.." Footsteps were heard, and a hand grabbed Jon, and threw him on the ground. Blood splattered the screen. A figure walked up to him, and kicked him until he slumped over with his eyes closed. The figure turned around, and the only lit feature was his eyes. They were a eerie light. The camcorder then shut off. I looked on the ground, and saw it. A dead man. He had "Derek" on a tag on his hat, and his limbs were skewered across his chest. I turned to leave, and saw the man. Herobrine. Standing there. He raised his hands, and ran towards me. Erin came over the intercom. "Goodbye Engineer."

2 WEEKS LATER

The doors opened, and a man dressed in Engineer clothing walked into the outpost. "Hello. I am Erin, Mining Outpost One Hundred and Seventeen's Artificial Intelligence. Please verify face identification."
