Step 1:

First off, there are 3 ways to mine a tree:

Start on the first bottom block and work up

Start on the second block from the bottom work up and then mine the bottom

Start from the top and work down

Step 2:

Now you know how to well you also need to know what kind of trees and what kind of tools.

Trees: Oak, Birch, Spruce, Short Jungle, Long Jungle

Tools: Wooden Axe, Stone Axe, Gold Axe, Iron Axe, Diamond Axe

Each tree can be mined with any tool. Though there are advantages of tools and trees

Step 3:

Oak wood is usally short so it is easiest to get to the top or mine from the bottom up.The picture is the cover of the blog.

Birch wood is sometimes tall so try mining one block above the bottom so then you wont have to replace a log to get to the top.

Spruce wood is tall or short so i suggest to mine 1 block above the bottom.

Short Jungle can be a range of 1-9 blocks.Most likely you want to mine from the top or from one block above the bottom.

Long Jungle is the hardest to mine. They are 4by25 blocks on average they are always 4by?.So you most likely want to mine bottom to top but if you can get to the top mine top to bottom.Vines help alot when climbing to get to the top.

Step 4:

The worst part is the leaves.

They are always in the way and sometimes hard to get rid of.

You can:

Burn them

Shear them

Just break them with your fists

You can also just let them decay
