Stephan was mining in a cave. "Hey Steve!" called a voice. "Ahhh!" Stephan screamed and ran into a wall and fell down. "Dude, it's Joseph." Joseph said, standing over Stephan. "Oh. Hey Joe." Stephan said, getting up. "Have you been reading those myths again?" Joseph asked. Stephan sighed and grabed his pickaxe. "No, but I believe it." Stephan replied. He returned to mining. "He isn't real." Joseph said. "Who isn't real? Sparky?" called out a female voice. "Keep quiet and if she sees you. Run." Joseph said to Stephan. "Stephan, is that you? I've been looking for you." called the same voice. "Umm, no Miss, it's Joseph Smith." said Joseph. "Oh, sorry dear. I thought Stephan was with you. Who were you talking to?" she called, her voice echoing throughout the mine. "Erhm, myself?" Joseph said worriedly. "You sound confused dear. You alright? Want to come to my house and have a cup of tea?" asked the woman. "Sorry Lydia, I can't I'm busy mining." Joseph said. "Who's that behind you?" Lydia asked. "It's not Stephan." Lydia said. "By the gods!" "They have abondend us!" Lydia cried. Stephan  and Joseph turned around to see Herobrine. "Oh it's probably a mage playing tricks on us. He isn't real." Joseph said. Lydia was so scared. "It's okay Lydia, come on I'll take you to your house and we can have tea while we wait for Stephan. It's alright, I'm sure is was just a prank." Joseph said, trying to comfort Lydia. "I-I'm fine. I wish I didn't believe in him. But Stephan and I had our encounters." Lydia said. Joseph turned to the mine. "Wait, Stephan is in there." Joseph said, trying to sound like he didn't know. "Why hello Lydia, my lovely wife. How are you? I was deeper in the mine I didn't see or hear you. How are you my love?" Stephan asked, trying to sound polite. "I'd slap you but I'm not one of those wives. I saw him." Lydia said. "Alrighty then? I'm going back to the cave, I found a vein of rich iron. Joseph, come along wouldn't you?" Stephan said, turning to Joseph. "Sure." Joseph shrugged. They ran back to the mine. "How can you do that? Lie so well?" Joseph asked. "Manners, and politeness. Plus, you get used to it after having a wife." Stephan chuckled at the last part. They went to the Iron vein when they were ambushed by skeletons. "Have you heard of the rumour?" asked Joseph. "What rumour?" said Stephan, as he tried to fight off a skeleton with a pick axe. "A skelebone. They are the Skeleton that do not hurt people. They are very polite, and you can learn from them. Skelebones are the oldest of skeletons, and have much knowledge to tell. If you listen closely you can hear it speak english when it's mouth chatters. You'll know one when you see one. Their bones are brown and burned, not as white or as pale as skeletons. Skelebones prefer to wield staffs, but don't let that fool you. Skeletons can wield staffs and staves too." Joseph said. "Wow." was the only word Stephan could use to describe what he was told. "Let's find one." Stephan said. "They are found in the deepest of caves, often near iron and coal veins. "What about copper?" asked Stephan. "Yes, they also tend to be around obsadian and lava. That's how the ash forms on them. I heard they used to be humans. But they were cursed with the un-living." Joseph replied. They dug their way until they found ashes and copper. Joseph sniffed the air. Stephan looked at him and could tell that Joseph knew they were close. "Who cares about the myth, Skelebones are alive and real." Stephan thought. They dug a little bit further. Stephan's brown hair was wet with sweat, so was Joseph's brown hair. Joseph reached for the pony tail that kept the little bit of hair he had together and took it out. Stephan closed his eyes, as he wiped his forhead over. His yellowish brown eyes seemed to glow as the lava reflected into his eyes. Joseph's green eyes seemed to be unaffected by the lava's glow. Joseph's miner's clothes was soaking too. Same with Stephan, and the lava didn't help either. But there, sleeping- maybe? Maybe not. But there, was a Skelebone. "Greetings, Skelebone I am Joseph and this here is -" Joseph was cut off. The skelebone started chattering. "Yes, you are Stephan. What do you seek? Knowledge? Power? Wisdom? All of them?" it asked but it was hard to understand. "I Ehm, would like all of them." Stephan said. "No, no no, you two. You two are poor and both have wives. You need to find more ore. Here's an ore tracker. You can never loose it. Also, here's a spell. It will turn coal into iron, iron into gold, gold into copper, copper into steel, and steel into diamond and also -" The skelebone collapased. A skeleton shot it, and killed it. "Run..." said Joseph. Joseph through his iron pickaxe at the skeketon. Joseph fled after Stephan. Finally they were out of the mine. Lydia and another woman were standing. "J-Joseph, your all wet. Did you fall in water?" asked the other woman. "Oh, Stephan. Are you alright dear? You look like you saw a ghost, and you got 5000 dollars." Lydia said. Both wives hugged their husbands. "We found a Skelebone. We got a spell that will help us along with an ore tracker." Stepan said. "We should be a bit more richer, however the Skelebone died." Joseph said. "Who cares, all that matters is that you two are alive. Now, how about coming to my house to have some tea." Lydia said. "Alright, this time I won't run into the cave with Stephan." Joseph said. They went to Lydia's house, had tea and other food. They laughed, joked, talked and had fun. After that day, Joseph and Stephan were the richest in the village.
