Banished?! Banished?! How does a ruler and his most trusted followers get banished from their ownboundaries? A revolution, a take-over, a mutiny, an invasion. The old ex-ruler sat on the deck with his head in his hands. Around him stand his most loyal followers, his royal architect, builder, blacksmith, engineer, baker, and four farmers who begged to join the ruler in banishment because they weren't eager to live in a land lead by evil, they try and try to convince the depressed man that life isn't over, that he can find another patch of unclaimed land and build a better, bigger empire, and reclaim his old land from the vicious evil leader that stole it from them.


The King sat up, still in the same position he was in throughout the previous entire day, and the previous entire weeks, months? He didn't know. He crawled up onto his feet and peeredin frontof the ship , floatingcalmlyalong the water whilst everyone slept. His eyes strained to look in the distance at a growing blob. Land!? As the earth pulled his ship towards it with its powerful grasp he began seeing more details, high mountains, land as far as the eye could see. Trees lined the coast. Not one building in sight. He yelled in triumph as the boat pulled closer and closer, as the crew on his own ship woke up quickly and followed the direction of where he was looking, their eyes growing insurpriseas they see the size of this unexplored landmass. Across in the smaller ship , the four farmers jump onto their feet, and all of themsimultaneouslythrow up over the side of the ship as after all this time, having never been on the sea in their lives, they didn't quite have their sea legs.


The boat pulled upagainstthe land with a thud, and everyone jumped off the ships with excitement, all falling on their faces after being so unused to the ground beneath them not moving and rolling on the waves. They pitched up their only tent between the ten of them. Brought up the crate of food they had been given to keep them alive enough to find somewhere else to live and began exploring the land they had found.
Was this mystery land to be the homeland of their new country?
