Beginning and Middle

At first I liked Viola - who I thought was the protagonist - escaping throughout this wicked house, I felt something was wrong with the choices she made though, for example cutting open the bear and sacrisificing the frog I felt like there had to be a reason that she was in the house so maybe she had to kill the witch to escape where she was stuck, maybe even the witch was her mother or something! But, when I heard of Ellen I imagned she was saving Viola from danger so maybe she herself could kill her herself. I ignored it, but when I read some stuff in the libraries I assumed she was the main antagonist. But when the scene came to her bedroom, I just was like "OH MY GOD WHAT DOES SHE WANT?"

Ending



In the lines she admits and laughs at your foolishness Viola looks at Ellen saying "Only for a day?" It was obvious she was never going to return to her old body. Since she cut out her bodies eyes and legs. Viola (Who is in Ellen's body) tries to make out words once Viola's father appears. Ellen drops the act and pretends to be Viola, but when the real one crawls forward trying to say dad or father she is shot by Viola's dad. Ellen and her "dad" leave, but when he doesn't notice she snickers at Viola's corpse all though not turning around. Ellen's body disappears when the black cat (a demon who made Ellen a witch) comes near the corpse. In the end the corpse, cat, and house disappear into nothing.
