excellent advice Destiny...and hopefully Cyprezz can get some sort of affiliation with Creative Commons. The ticky box is a simple and effective way to legalize uploads, and a great suggestion.

Hi, Cyprezz I wasn't going to PM you because your always busy but the mods and some other people reccomended I do it now...

So here I am.. I've made a successful blog that gives a link to a website where you can make a basic licensing agreement where any images, or content can't be used for commercial or personal use.

Now, if you think we could secure maybe a grant, or a licensing agreement for all of PMC that would be great where if people stole ideas, and creative artwork they would have to answer to a higher power than a two day upload ban for their "intellectual theft"

Now, If we can't secure what I said above I think it's important to completely deter stealing on this website By adding a simple button that appears after you try to save your creation to PMC.

This would have a licensing agreement attached to it along the lines of, "You are about to upload (CREATION) tick the box below if you fully agree that this is entirely your own creation, and not stolen, remixed, or copied. if you tick this box, and are found out to be going against any of these rules, you could receive up-to a two month upload ban."

I have used this all over the web. Big sites like Deviant Art, teach the users that this is how the site functions.

A site like PMC Really does need to offer that simple degree of protection, much like when I upload a video to YouTube, I can choose a license type, to release my creation with.

I have actually been involved in Copyrighting since I was young, and the value of protecting the creative minds, in hope that the wrong people will get credit, is a very important lesson to learn, in this modern age, this "RemixGeneration"

I think it would be fantastic if this site offered that for everyone, upon submission.
