I do like things like this, but I think you should either write more about each skin and why you chose them, make it sort of "themed" (e.g. the best monster-skins of this week), or use less recognized skins from low-level users to push them a little. As it is right now, I can't really see the purpose of it :/ sorry, but that's honest feedback

I agree. I you want the lower skinners to get more popularity because the popular skinners are already popular.
