They can always hit the target but small ones don't always kill the target

Actually, you gave me a great idea. If you have a couple of TNT adjacent to one another, they will be set off by the first one, causing a chain reaction, and since TNT that gets set off by other TNT has no delay, the person will more likely be in the middle of the explosion.
