What is a true zombie?
Well the first thing I need to get off my chest is that almost every zombie movie I see does not have zombies, but people (or creatures) infected with some kind of virus. Now, from what I know, a true zombie is literally the living dead. They are not infected beings. They are "the walking dead."
I don't care what you call them. The infected people/creatures ARE NOT ZOMBIES. Zombies are like ghosts, except you can touch them. They have brains, just not very good brains. I don't think some guy (or girl) who gets infected with some virus, then goes around biting people, can be considered a zombie. Also based off my last statement, you can't call the epidemic a "zombie apocalypse."
A true zombie is a "living" dead creature/being, risen from it's grave.Another way of saying this is that a zombie is a corpse, brought back to life somehow. Based off this, the zombie doesn't infect you, it just eats you.
If you have any questions, comments, etc, post them below.
