Hello, Sundercraft here bringing one of many tutorials to you! Today we will be learning about picking the right Admins/OP's. Below are some DO's and DONT's of picking Admins.

What to do

Do keep in mind the power you are giving this player by bestowing the gift of Adminship on them.
Do make sure they interact well with other players.
Do make sure they are not, in any way, breaking any rules whatsoever.
