Tutorial for every single block in Minecraft

Hey guys, I recently started on a series on Youtube that I will be covering about all the blocks about minecraft on. But after a day or two, I realise I have some questions I could not answer myself. Hopefully you guys can reply me in the comments.

1) Since new blocks are being added to Minecraft all the time, and there could be some changes to the blocks, what should I do to keep my information updated as I will probably not touch on the same block again in another video.

2) Should I go by the episode number or the block number? I find it hard to talk when I cannot decide which to use.

3) Should I have a video that shows a Minecraft gameplay while talk about it or should I just make it such that it is for people to watch while they are doing other things and just place a picture there? I feel that the videos I record are not in very good quality .

4) I am currently living in Singapore and I heard that the audience for my videos will mostly be from my country until I get more views. Is there anyway I can get more attention from the people living in other countries?
