Hello PMC
Tutorial on how to make a texture pack first of all download the following things you will need in order to do this!

- Photoshop (cs6) free version| HERE
- winrar/7zip HERE
===========================================================
First we need to install the photoshop link so do that
next, we need the clean minecraft.jar file.....
Then go into your start action bar and search "run" open the file named run and type into the box %appdata%
this will open up the roaming info....
After that click the minecraft folder and inside go to Bin>Minecraft.jar
next after installing winrar open the minecraft.jar by right clicking the file and clicking "open with"> winrar Archiver
Almost done with setup!
one you open up the minecraft.jar you have all the files you need to make the texture pack!
now you can choose what image you want to change
For Example:
and thats it!
now you can edit all the files you wish, close up the file and enjoy a beutiful texturepack made by : YOU!
