I'm swedish and don't write things this long very often, so there might be grammatical errors and stuff...


Once again, I wake up from the sound of my neighbours cat scratching at my window.
I open it, and the cat walks behind my legs, purring.
I go to the kitchen to get my daily cup of coffee, and pick up yesterdays newspaper.
"Worm hole to "???" found!", it says.
It reminds me that it's another day of work. I put on my clothes, and let the neighbours cat
walk back home. It feels pretty cold, but the sun is shining bright.
I decide to take the bike to work, since the weather isn't too bad.
The big white clouds are moving pretty fast, though, I can't feel much wind at all.
I arrive at my workplace, still kinda tired.. I guess the coffee didn't work.
The cameras stare at me for some seconds, and the doors open up.
I talk with my friends, just like a usual work day, but this day is different.
We all take on our suits, and get ready for the launch.
I close my eyes and think of my close ones.. I'm not coming back in a time.
...4... 3... 2... 1...

We're in space.
Apparently, I feel asleep at the launch, and we left earth two hours ago.
That's at least what my friends said.
We're about to enter the wormhole, having no idea where it leads.
New technology makes us able to travel in light speed at launch, so the wormhole is
not many hours away.
I decide to play cards with my friends, since there's not much to do in a spaceship.
I didn't win. Like usual.
We're really close to the wormhole right now. I look out the window.. The stars
are shining bright like usual.. But stars is not the only thing I see....
Asteroid field.
We're hit.
I put on my suit to go out and fix the damage. We're really close to the wormhole.
Right when I get out of the ship we get hit again.
There's an explosion, I hold onto a small piece of the ship.
I'm closer to the wormhole than ever.
I see the ship split in two, and the bodies of my friends..
Just floating away..
I look behind myself. The wormhole.
I hear a very loud sound and I faint.

Once again, I wake up.. But not from the sound of my neighbours cat this time.
I don't know how I'm alive.. But I am..
I feel a headache screaming for coffee, but I will have to get used to it.
I start trying to remember how I got here..
My friends..
I look to my left. I see a couple of trees, and a chicken.
Am I on Earth?



I guess I'll have to start a new life.
