On Islands or somewhere on land, you can find large volcanic terrain with maybe maleo birds, and maybe Cherufe (a humanoid lizard that lives in volcanic environments in magma pools found deep within volcanoes) as well, I think that this would be a cool addition to Minecraft because it would be challenging and fun for players to to scale massive volcanoes and to survive in an almost nether-like environment, and there would be three types of volcanoes, Extinct (has craters, but no lava), Dormant (does not erupt but still has lava in it), and active (filled with lava, and explodes often),and maybe there would be large volcanic temples and ruins like in lord of the rings, with large demons that could spawn in here, with valuable treasure deep inside these rare ruins, and the chance for burning villages with little, but valuable treasures, large volcanic plants with no leaves could be found here as well, with a poisonous fungi that could be found growing on them.
