First of all, please do not raid unless it is a raiding server. But if it is, and you want to raid, here are some tips to raid sucessfully and well.

1: Destroy any beds, they can't respawn at there base, and it will be harder to rebuild.

2: Make sure they are offline, unless you are much more powerful. You don't want them attacking you.

3: Don't take Wood or Stone tools. It will be frustrating  for them if they can mine, but very slowly.

4: If you are using a faction pluggin, Unclaim the land after the raid. It will be more confusing, and they won't try to get revenge.

5: Don't Talk about it in Chat, Even if they are allies. You don't want any witnesses.

6: Leave stupid signs. It would be funny if they were raging about the raid and they saw a sign that told them they were hot.

7: Take all building Materials. Even if it's dirt, you don't want them to rebuild quickly

8: Place Lots of Lava. It burns wood they place, and if they get back to there base they might die again.

9: Leave a Jump Tower Above their Base. It will attract other people to raid the base More

10: If they ask, don't deny everything. Blame another player, preferbly a high rank. It will take attention away from you, and toward another person, and if it is a high rank, they won't try to insult them.

Once again PLEASE DO NOT RAID ON NON RAIDING SERVERS I am not trying to encorage being mean, but raid servers can be fun. If you are in a raiding server, and you want to raid, and you want to use these steps, please don't attempt to blame me. I don't want anybody to be raided in my name. Again, Don't raid anyone on non raiding servers. I don't want anyone to be needlessly cruel to anyone.
