Weird Loading Glitch

so i was going to make a super flat world then i spawned on default world then i saw a huge fall and the rest on was super flat i think this happened because the super flat world had not loaded completely and know there is a huge area that is normal world in my super flat world and it is very weird please comment saying if this has happened to you and if you know why it happened please comment on that to

This can usualy happen to slow chunk generation (Lag) Or forcing chunks to generate with no chunks to connect to. Just for support I will diamond!

Lol.. happened to me so many times...

Heres the not-so-sciency bit! :::

Basically, you confused minecraft. So you either spawned this with a spawner, for example "WorldEdit", or you actually - actually found this... And to find it, it would require firstly a glitch (the superflat in default.. lol) and then a chunk - error, in which a chunck is destroyed, forcing the area to dissapear (random side cut off the chunk)...
