What are the comand block commands?

Hey, I really want to know how to make the command block talk or something so please reply on commands. Thanks! I want to know this due to an upcoming map I'm making. Behind the scenes: It's a challenge map and Iv'e been working really hard on it. Once again, please reply to this blog. Thanks once more!

to make it talk: say [message]
to make it tp: tp
to make it add xp: xp +[number] [target player]
to make it add xp levels: xp +[number]L [target player]
to give items: give
to change gamerules: gamerule [gamerule] [true/false]
I may remember some more later.
