So, have you thought about it? AI, or more specifically artificial intelligence, is coming from all different directions! Self driving cars, Darth Vader, lawyer robots, and so on. But what would happen if these so called AI devices came and multiplied, I mean imagine! Robots doing the daily things you do, for instance replacing all jobs worldwide! That would be a huge technical advancement, but wouldn't it also be bad for people supporting their families? Well, that's what we're trying to decode today! Let's look at the bad side, and the flip side in today's blog!


AI is artifical intelligence, or, in other words, robots that control themselves. Self driving cars are a major example of that because their the most major thing in the works right now, as far as I know, and well...they drive themselves, hence the name!


The bad: If people got replaced by robots to do their jobs...well, you can guess what would happen! They would be out of a job and not earning enough to support themselves or their families. That's a bad thing, isn't it?

The good: Well, what if robots replaced jobs, such as food companies to farms, along with the emergency agency (firemen, medical workers, etc), to many other things like filtering the water we drink on a normal basis? Well, eventually everyone would be out of a job because of automation, and that means that since robots are doing every thing people normally do, they don't have to do it anymore! If you need more explanation, read the next paragraph!


What would happen if people were replaced with robots in the job industry? Well, since everyone in the world doesn't have to do and can't earn money anymore, governments around the world would basically have to pay you, possibly in the form of water, food, and a little bit of money, to give to the robots who operate all the jobs, for your own personal needs. Imagine a world like that? Wouldn't it be amazing? True this is a bit of a stretch, but lets discuss that in the next paragraph.


The government would have to connect to countries worldwide to discuss this idea. There would be a lot of planning and ideas that would need to be configured, but if the government is reading this right now, let me discuss some ideas. As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, you would need to supply everyone with the water and food that the robots produce, as well as some money to buy extra things for personal needs. I would suggest implementing a new currency, so you could start everyone on a clean slate of currency to use. But there is a very big project, and considering AI is taking over so far, I have some other ideas.


Right now, the government would have to put a hold on the use of AI altogether, unless absolutely needed, so there could be more jobs for people who need it. Of course there would be more planning needed to do this! Speaking of the present, have you looked at the title? It says "What if AI Took Over The World?" What would happen, speaking in a more sinister direction.


Well, if robots held a massive rebellion against humans, we would probably all go extinct. Age of Ultron all over again, except no Hollywood ending! If AI got a mind of it's own and decided humans were obstacles in their paths, they have the power to kill us as a race, I mean seriously they're metal machines, we're puny flesh. That's why, if we're making things like AI, we need to make sure there is a fail-safe plan in case the AI goes haywire! There is also a possibility that hackers could take over the AI, another reason for the fail-safe plan.
