Hi, Calfrills here with what i think NEEDS to be added to Minecraft. SHIELDS.... duh? we have armour, swords and other tools but not shields. How would they work you may be asking well.... instead of that pointless right click with a sword it can be substituted with the activation of a shield. In my opinion shields can be crafted into wood, stone, diamond, and iron. PLEASE MINECRAFT ADD SHIELDS, fireworks really? so pointless *sigh*.

In Minecraft, in the upload of Halloween, Notch added one item: "Master Shield", can be found in the Far Lands (Nether, BUT WARNING: Pig-Zombies attack you if you want open the chest).

She's added shields in minecraft 1.2.5, but... Is a GREATEST MOD!!! One man created one mod called: Mine & Blade: Battlegear. She's added shields, spears, battleaxes, and MORE ARMORS, you need check this link: www.minecraftforum.net/topic/895339-125-forge-mine-blade-battlegear-discontinued/

shields would be a awesome idea, but to be actually accepted please be more clear, like there is durability
and its rate, what can it do. and how would they look like. a simple post like this wont work.

Great Idea!!!!! It would also be cool if there you could bang a mob on the head with a shield and it would get dizzy.

  • able to melle
  • and give an effect of blast resistence
