Hai guys! :3
Today I'm going to talk about what to do when you feel bad about yourself or you are just sad! :(

1. Find out why you are sad.
It is much easier to not feel stressed out, depressed, or worthless; if you know why you feel that way!
So if you feel ugly, get a haircut. If you are stressed because you have a paper due in 3 hours and you havent started or slept yet, DO THE PAPER. lol. But really. If you are overweight, (actually overweight) get fit. Join a school sports team. Do situps in your bedroom. If your an adult, you can join a gym, or some place like the YMCA. ( I personally really like those because they usually have pools and its not just big muscley guys showing off their muscles.)

2. Keep it up.
Once you have fixed what you are sad about, don't just revert back to your old ways. For example, if you are a procrastinator, stop procrastinating. Even you have to do the big project as soon as you get it. If you were overweight, don't just go back to your old ways thinking you are naturally a skinny person & don't need to eat well or exercise.

3.Enjoy yourself!
Well, if you did the last two correctly, you should feel better! :) Once you feel better, you should enjoy all the things you just changed to make your life better. If you got a haircut, go out in public with your friends. Show it off! Feel good about yourself. XD If you lost weight, feel great about yourself. Don't get too self centered though, hahah then it will all be for nothing.. Nobody likes a stuck up person :/
