Okay, if you've read my profile description, you'll know I like to build, and personally think I have a unique creativity. (Don't mean too sound too big headed)
I have started servers with friends before, but we've never really got far, because there's some other game to play, or something else to do. My idea is to start a small white listed server, with maybe 10 slots, where 4 players will be opped, and will have the job of being creative and building towns and shops for other players to experience and enjoy, as well as building for themselves. The other 6 players will go around as they would on a normal survival server; gathering resources and building strange monuments to their gods. However, the big idea is the creativity of it all...
Every know and then, an op or player can come forward with a big community idea of a build, and all resources will be pooled in order to build the project.
What I'm trying to say is I want a small server with dedicated players, who want to build some truly creative and inspirational ideas and are willing to go about it legitimately (mostly). When a good idea is brought forward, everyone uses the skills of teamwork to create a big project, and because if the white list effect, these creations will not be griefed. No one will gain anything out of it, other than enjoyment (hopefully) and self satisfaction.
Of course, I'll need proof that you aren't just a mindless griefer intent on satisfying their foolish needs to destroy other peoples work. You'll also have to understand that the server is far from 24/7, I myself will not always be on, and there will only be pre-planned windows of server up time.

If you are interested, please tell me why, what your creative style is, your IGN (In Game Name), and whether you would prefer op or player, PVP, Or PVM. I will not post an actual server until I have 10 or more replies, sorry!
