I have many questions about the rules of PMC. Why can't we speak in foreign language? Why can't we upload Mods until we attain a higher level. Why do we have to wait so long to advertise. Why do we etc. etc. etc.? I think that some of the rules restrict us more than necessary. I don't think many of the rules are there to help us, just to hinder us. PMC seems to be governed by a republic, that is concerned of nothing but those who are powerful. My opinion in this blog won't make any difference. I just needed to rant.
