People do PMC because they want to show off their amazing builds to people (Like their friends and competitors). They also do it to get people to join your servers so they and you can have more fun/make money from donations. Some people may use other websites to do this same thing but... there is a lot of hackers, spammers, and rule breakers on the other websites because there is a good community on PMC. PMC is the best website to do server reviews, show off your builds, make people mad by showing how you are better at building, and HAVE FUN!
If you don't do any of this what is the point of being on PMC asks People.
The point is that if you get bored of servers or just want to look up people's build to copy their styles (But not post them) you can go and look at people's pages and see if they have a server and are good at building (Most likely determined on the level).
Some people think that spamming people is funny but it is not. Make sure you are always courteous or you will be temporarily banned from the site by one of the Mods/Staff. Why make people mad for your amusement then get yourself banned from something that may help you in the future. I know that it has helped me because I am now returning the favor of helping it. PMC stands for Planet Minecraft which means a Planet cannot survive without people that help it. If you destroy it it will fall and then what happens? There are millions of sad Crafters.
