You would think that Minecraft would be a nice video game where you could build in peace, but you'd be wrong. In Minecraft, there are people called griefers who attack people for no reason and try to destroy the server. Why do they do this? They do this because they have nothing else to do. They are lazy to mine and get there own stuff, so they they taunt people, kill them, make them leave, and steal thier stuff. They do this to ruin the time on servers people wanna play on. If the server gets griefed, it has to be shut down. Otherwise, they wont be able to keep up the servers. So, if you are ever going to create a server, dont be lazy. Install some Anti-grief plugins. This is a lesson to all server creators
