WHY FORGE??!?!?!

Hi Guys.

I have a problem some of you may have too: I can't get Forge into my game. It always crashes. But taht means to me, I just can't use all the great mods some people create. For example the music mod, which for me as a musician is so great. Forge is ruining it for me. so Why are there so less mods without Forge?!?! Can anybody tell me?! Please, help!!!

Are you trying to install forge ALONG with modloader? because that doesn't work.

I did but with 1.5.1 I tried again and I finally got it. Been trying since 1.0! :))

lol dude, you actually only need forge. there are only a few mods that don't work with forge.

Forge is tons more superior over modloader, it has very custom methods and provides best customizing for mods

But why does it not work in my game? I even tried it with an completely unmodded jar file, it just keeps f*cking me up! -.- can u help?`

Is your PC/laptop powerful enough for large mods?
Forge itself is very big

cant think of why not... its got enough free space, 4gb ram and 512mb ati radeon graphics...

Maybe look in your mods folder
