Hello there users of the internet,
My name is Rednaxel but you can call me Alex for short. I have a story of a young man who has been searching for a long time for some one to help him on his server, this young man is in desperate need of help on permissions but it seems that all he comes across are douse-bags and assholes who just come on to screw him over, ever now and then he will get a few honest people but they have less of a clue what they are doing than he dose. So now we join our young adventurer on his journey to find someone to help him with this grand server he has... This man is willing to listen and be tough and is an honest man looking for help. Will you be the one to help him or will you just keep your knowledge to yourself? The choice is yours....
If by some stretch our young adventurer comes across a man or woman willing to help him he can be sought out via Private Messaging on planet Minecraft or he can be emailed at Alex_fruci@ymail.com.
on this mans server he has a myriad of plugins if someone is willing to take on the job by themselves. :)

Just ask me what it is that you don't understand and I'm going to try explain as good as I can.
(sry, my English is not perfect)
Then go to the Plugins > Permissions and open world.yml (world is the name of the main world if you haven't changed the name) in any text editor. If you are on windows I think WordPad works better NotePad for this.
To make a new group go to groups: and try to do this after it.

That group is now allowed to build and use world edit.
First line (WordEditPlayers:) is the name of the group, you can change it to whatever you want to.
Line four is the specified name to use in game chat (I think, not 100% sure). You can change that too to whatever you want to.
Line six is pretty obvious I think. If build is true the players in the group can build. If false, they can't.
After line nine/premissions: you put what plugins/commands the group is allowed to use.
Then go to users: and try this.
Zpeed:
group: WorldEditPlayers
permissions:
Put the name of the player where I put mine.
Then Where it says group: you put the name of the group you want the player to belong to.
And yes the permissions: works in the same way as for groups. But you don't have to put anything there.
Hope this was helpfull, when you get it to work we can move forward.
