WHY IS SERVER POSTING DISABLED?

Why is server posting disabled for DAYS??????????????????? it shoulding be disabled!! why mods of PMC why??? the only day i get admin if i post server on PMC AND IT'S DISABLED???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Somebody pls explain why this has been disabled! there is no other websitee where i can post a server on!!!

as far as i can see its to improve the anti spam system and there is still loads of places u can post i'll write a few for u bellow
