In the last couple of days the PMC community has proved, to me, to be the best online community going at the moment - Although it's not without its flaws. I'm talking mainly about inactive subscribers...
Before I continue - This is not a rant, nor has it been written to cause offence.
I have gained around 80 subscribers in my few days of activity on PMC and for that I am immensely grateful! But one thing I have noticed (as with most sites with the subscribe option) is that there are inactive subscribers subbed to my account. Of course most people would be fine with this because they still look popular! Me however: It kind of gets under my skin.
I understand there are things I should consider, such as people who don't check PMC everyday, but does it not seem redundant that people would subscribe to a user and then not look at their work? If you're not going to look at their work: don't subscribe.
It's never really bothered me with YouTube, but here on PMC I'm spending a lot of time on making skins and writing blogs and I'd like to think that my subscribers will view them. Logically, on every single one of my posts, there should be at least 80-ish views from my subscribers. When I don't get these, it makes it pretty obvious that there are subscribers who have just subbed for the fun of subbing.
Just to clarify, this isn't about views, this is about being valued by my subs.
Anyway that's me done. Your input on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

People who subscribe like your work, they don't always need to give feedback though and what about your skins? Just because they are sub'd to you doesn't mean they need to give feedback, they should once in awhile, but don't actually need to.
Also, why is there Rant in the tags? I thought this wasn't a rant?
