its been going for a long time now, a VERY long time.

thats right its the minecraft iron door bug!

i need YOU to help me to get the message to notch so we can sort out the bug that has stop us doing tons of things!

this bug opens a door next to another door when it is in contact with a pressure plate, button...

Not a glitch. an annoying byproduct of how notch programmed double doors. not sure it can be fixed without re-coding doors completely or at all.

For us Redstone professors, you gotta admit this is possibly the WORST bug when making a Redstone trail for doors...It annoys the shit out of me, and makes me want to just give up and use a piston machine! Please Notch, You gotta fix this before November!

may someone said this before but you need to make something under the doors some kind of redstone circuit but a simple way is just putting a lever next to the open door

Let me explain this.

The doors are opposite of each other the "power" is "Positive" on one door and "Negative" on the other, meaning you need to make an inverter to make them both open at the same time, it's not a glitch.
