I have seen TO many " Who wants to make a let's play " or "Need Builders for Epic Project!
Basically these guys are asking you to make them a server and they'll let you be mod because you helped them. When really you could make yourself admin.Thes guys are either lazy or can't host a server. If you can't host a server. Buy one or ask a friend not some randoms on PMC. If you want to do a let's play, do it with a friend or someone you know.
With so many of these posts around, There should be a topic called." Make a Server for Me cause I'm Lazy! " Where people can post all of there stuff there.
