Chapter 6: The House
As the sun, rose Davon and I hastily put on our helmets. Annie decided it would be a good idea if we had a house for all of us. We all agreed to help. Ella got bored after a while and we found out that Davon is great with kids. He took her to play in the garden and taught her to climb trees. As Annie and I built we talked about if we could find anyone else to be in our group. Annie and i thought we could use another playmate for Ella, one her age. Even Davon agreed he tired out after a while and we finished the house everyone had separate rooms except Annie and Ella. So Davon and I slept for a while, and so did Annie and Ella. When we all woke up, we had a terrible surprise. Ella wasn't in bed with Annie. We checked outside. We checked everywhere. There was no sign of her. Not even a strand of her long black hair. We had to find her. Annie was hysterical. Davon was just plain bummed. He must have enjoyed her company. As for me, I don't know. She was a good girl. We Have to find her now. We all need her. And we need her now.
Chapter 7: The Search
We looked near our camp, we looked in the garden, we looked in the trees with help from Davon. Annie couldn't stop crying. I wanted to cry because she was crying. I think Davon was crying a little too. Maybe that's why he volunteered to be look out. He didn't want either of us to know he was crying. Where could she be?! We looked on top of mountains and down in ravines. Annie was the first one to choke out, "I can see her!" She was still crying, but now they were tears of joy, until we got closer. She was on the ground, unconscious. "Ella!" Annie screamed, "ELLA!" She shook her, trying to wake her. When she couldn't, she thought she would wait. She looked up, and, in a very serious voice, she said, "Who would do this?" and plopped on the ground and started to cry again. We waited there in silence for about three hours. Finally Annie said, we need to get her to a hospital. Now." Since we couldn't really deny her this, we pointed out, "But we're monsters." "I know." Annie exclaimed. Then, as it dawned on her, "I know a place." She said. And next thing i knew we were running Toward a village that i didn't even know was there.
