My Chat is Broken.

Okay guys, I need your help. My chat is broken. whenever i go on to chat with Penny, and mebbe to annoy people coz Penny needs help with that, all I get is a blank PMC background. Can any peoples..like...relate to this problem? Coz I really wanna go on the chat ;~; If you can help with this problem, can you leave a comment or send me a pm? I would be much obliged. P.S.
