From many dimensions like the nether, dreamworld, end, and overworld. The 6 gods of elements knew they would be dethroned of their power and killed by their children. Before their death they wanted guardians to sure their offsprings would not use their power irresponsibally. They created beasts to make this happen. Each one with a special skill. Only 6 were to be formed...Or were they?
