I started doing "Best Of" Collections privately, and many of my picks came down to my tastes. I only recently started to release them publicly when I realized I began picking skins based on creativity, technique, and style. Seven Seas was the first one I did, so it was more curated to my tastes. But not to worry, I added your contest submission to the collection when I saw your comment; the skin you made is cute. You've made me realize that I could do these collections as a public service by expanding the leaderboard and featuring talented artists that didn't make it into the finals. I plan to revise every one of them once every collection is done, just in case I accidentally missed some contest finalists. But please don't shout; I'm not an official site moderator or contest judge. I'm literally just someone making these collections because I'm bored on the internet. Not including a particular skin isn't meant to insult anyone.
