The virus as known by the local population of X9-423 is actually contrary to the name a parasite, this parasite which has been officially designated as Gria parasita has been known to infect only mammals and makes the host highly aggressive. The parasite has also been known to turn the skin a light grey color, and on rare occasions can cause the host to grow extra eyes and can cause the host to secrete an unknown black substance. The Host will die within 10-20 days of being introduced to the parasite. There is only one instance where a host has been able to survive for more than 20 days, instance has been designated as Host 3942
