the datapack is easy and a cool way of mining 3x3 square
modify it and use for your use :D

right now it relay on scoreboard so you might need to make more of those and repeat the commands in tick.mcfunction with new scoreboard values

it not a craftable its just example, right now it only works on stone

if you load datapack you will get a diamond pickaxe
if u didint just give yourself one /give @s diamond_pickaxe{3x3pick:1b}
