Have you ever wondered why invisibility doesn't actually make you invisible? You look quite silly if you wear armor and are invisible. And since you spent 99.999% of your time in your survival world wearing armor invisibility becomes quite pointless and useless.

Well this datapack aims to fix this armor issue with invisibility and makes it so that your armor also becomes invisible along with you. To balance it some it halves your normal armor points when invisible though. So if you had a full suit of netherite armor you'll only have 10 armor points when invisible.

Additionally, this datapack makes it so if you equip any armor while invisible it just pops off

No resource pack required
Doesn't work if more than 100 people are invisible at the same time!

Hello! I tried this datapack on my 1.18.1 map and it worked wonders! but when I invited some friends to test the map, the datapack would break, idk if it's just in multiplayer, but when we became invisible, you could see an armor stand where we would be, and the armor would just fall off to the ground, without being re-equipped back, even with curse of binding, the armor just falls off, maybe there's a solution with uuids, but yeah! hopefully there's an easy fix to this, lmk

well thats certainly and interesting thing to have happened. Although I made the datapack in 1.17 so I dont really know if it would work in 1.18

it does not work in anything before 1.17
it uses the new /item command introduced in that update, so it isnt possible to port sorry

I actually meant enchantments being active while you're invisible.

Like, if you wear depth strider boots, I'm guessing you don't swim faster while invisible.
