Drowned's can spawn with enchanted tridents, but the trident loses the enchant when thrown, I fixed that.
Works really well with channeling and riptide, Loyalty just leads to infinite tridents swirling around the sender, since their hand is always holding a trident so they can't pick it up.

Make Drowneds Throw Out Pickable Tridents, And Drowneds throwing Tridents not Enchant Loyalty will let It Lose the Trident, And They Would Just Start Chasing You
This could Fix the Problem of Loyalty Trident Drowneds(Before the Trident got Back to the Drowned, the Drowned will just Chase You for a Bit)
Also, throwing a trident at a drowned will enchat it as well. Maybe use /execute on to only set the enchatments of tridents which come from drowned?
