(I couldn't do a texture edit for this because I still needed regular endermen to spawn and I refuse to make a datapack that requires another mod like optifine, so we're stuck with phantom's as eyes.)
Green Eyed endermen can spawn randomly, only one can naturally exist at a time, they're 3x as fast as normal endermen, and also have slow falling.
Killing one drops minimum 1 enderpearl, maybe 2.
I think they can also fly, but I didn't code that, idk why they can fly.
