Grappling hooks can be crafted using 6 copper, a crossbow and 2 chains as seen in the image, or rarely found in certain trial chamber barrels.
shoot once to shoot the hook, and again to get pulled in by it.
They can shoot up to 25 blocks, and if it fails, you'll have to reload the grapple gun (just right click again) before using it again.
They replace carrot on a stick, so to give it with a command, you'll need to /give @s carrot_on_a_stick
