this datapack wil display the amount of ancient debris a player has collected when pressed tab

if you want to reset the scores do: /reload

it also detects when someone places or drops the ancient debris then it will subtract 1 score

i don't know anything about ore generation or structure generation in minecraft so i don't think i can do it for u now but if i find out how then i wil at least give it a trie
